Johannes Pieper

Johannes is the CEO & Founder of Impactive, a global strategic talent partner who is passionate to build extraordinary leadership teams for climate-tech, greentech, and sustaintech scaleups as well as international industrial technology, packaging and medical devices manufacturers with deep expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, procurement and operational excellence. With over 15 years of experience in executive search, a global talent role for a scaleup, leadership assessment and as a certified executive coach, he has contributed to various transformation, turnaround and growth situations. He is a Top Tier Impact Ambassador in Germany, a speaker on sustaintech and fluent in five languages.

Project Lead

Teresita Vergara Valderrama

Teresita manages Project Execution at Impactive, leveraging over 10 years of experience in developing diverse leadership pipelines for sustainable organizations. She specializes in talent identification, recruitment, and nurturing for innovative companies dedicated to sustainability. Her previous roles include consulting for development cooperation clients and supporting functions in sustainable urban development and innovation cooperation. Teresita is fluent in English, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, and is based in Frankfurt am Main.

Intern - Digital Marketing

Lailoma Taqwa

Lailoma is currently interning at Impactive while pursuing her studies in economics and business Trier Applied Science University holding a scholarship of the Imagine Airlift Program.. She has gained prior experience as an English tutor and at the Jesuit Refugee Service. A medalist in Mixed Martial Arts, she also loves various sports, including basketball, chess, and boxing. At Impactive, Lailoma focuses on digital communication and business analysis. She is friendly, open-minded, and always curious to learn and achieve personal growth.
